ProcCluster® -the GMP-compliant production, and perspectives

inflamed pharma GmbH manufactures an active pharmaceutical ingredient based on procaine – ProcCluster®. Procaine is a globally used local anaesthetic, it is well tested, has few side effects and is used for various indications, e.g. in neural therapy. The clustering process developed by inflamed pharma, which incorporates the active ingredient procaine into a protective shell, allows the use of procaine – previously only available for parenteral use – also for oral and dermal administration.

The process of clustering can also be transferred to other active ingredients.

inflamed pharma is aiming to start clinical trials, and has thus been cooperating with various partners (including palleos healthcare GmbH, NMI Natural and Medical Sciences Institute at the University of Tübingen, jesalis pharma GmbH, dynamic42 GmbH).
